This was a bit of a surprise, along with the results. Xert has clearly decided to read my recent efforts differently, where it's attributing much more to HIE than to FTP. Don't necessarily disagree, it just throws older numbers into question. Really actually smashed it on this. Could very well be the bump from altitude, becasue this didn't feel particularly hard. I think I probably could have gone another minute at the end. HR response was really good too; almost to 200 at the peak of my effort.
